2. Scope of Services

This website offers meditation sessions, workshops, retreats, and related services for personal development, relaxation, and well-being.

Services may be provided:

in person (offline)
online (e.g. via Zoom)

Bookings may be made via the platform Momence or through direct agreement (e.g. in person).

3. Conclusion of Contract and Provision of Services

A contract is concluded when:

a booking is made via the booking system (Momence) and confirmed, or
a participant registers or agrees to participate in a service in person or verbally and payment is made (e.g. in cash, or via digital transfer)

By booking or participating in a service, the participant agrees to these Terms of Service.

The service is considered provided at the time the scheduled session or event takes place, regardless of whether the participant attends, unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euros (€).

Payment may be made:

online via Momence/Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer or
in person (e.g. cash), as agreed

Payment is due immediately upon booking or at the time of the session.

According to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged (small business regulation / Kleinunternehmerregelung).

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the provider by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to group meditation sessions, courses, and retreats in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB)), as these are leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

the service has been fully performed, or
the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and the consumer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

Memberships and ongoing services

The right of withdrawal applies to memberships and ongoing services.

If the service has already been used, the consumer is entitled to a proportional refund only for the unused portion of the service.

The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performedю

6. Cancellation and Participation Policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the type of service and may vary. Specific conditions are communicated during the booking process or in the respective service description. In case of differences, the conditions stated for the specific service apply.

a) Group meditation sessions (offline)

Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full fee will be charged.

b) Monthly passes / packages

Packages and monthly passes are valid for the agreed period and are non-refundable.

Unused sessions expire after the validity period. Missed sessions are considered used and are not refundable or transferable.

c) In person courses and retreats

Cancellations are possible up to 30 days before the event for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 30 to 7 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or in case of no-show.

d) Free online sessions

Participation in free online sessions is voluntary. Registration does not create any obligation to attend.

By booking a service, the participant agrees to the applicable cancellation conditions.

7. Consumer Protection and Transparency

The participant confirms that all relevant information regarding the services, including pricing, cancellation conditions, and service descriptions, has been clearly communicated prior to booking or participation.

By booking or participating in a service, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

No additional terms apply unless explicitly stated in the respective service description or agreed individually.

Participation in all services is voluntary and based on free personal decision. Participants may stop or leave a session at any time at their own responsibility.

No specific outcomes, results, or effects are guaranteed.

8. Participation and Responsibility

Participation in all services is voluntary and at the participant’s own responsibility.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally able to take part in the sessions.

Participants are encouraged to listen to their own limits and may stop participation at any time.

9. Health Disclaimer

The services offered are intended solely for personal development and well-being.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participation may involve emotional and physical responses. Participants acknowledge and accept these potential effects.

Individuals with physical or mental health conditions are advised to seek professional advice before participating.

The services are not intended for individuals with severe mental health conditions without prior consultation with a qualified professional.

No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.

10. Online Services (Zoom)

Online sessions may be conducted via Zoom or similar platforms.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet the necessary technical requirements.

No liability is assumed for technical issues outside the provider’s control.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for damages is excluded.

This does not apply to:

damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health
damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the services is protected by intellectual property rights.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written consent.

13. External Services

This website uses third-party services such as Momence, Stripe, Zoom, YouTube, Meetup, and Instagram.

We are not responsible for the content or data processing practices of these external providers.

14. Data Protection

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.

16. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
