5. Content Delivery Network (CDN)

a) Client account, contact and booking data

We retain your name, email address, phone number, event registrations, attendance, booking history, email correspondence solely for the purpose of communication and service delivery. We retain this data up to 5 years after the last interaction. Such data is collected via our website contact form, emails you send us, and via the booking platform Momence. Momence may store and process personal data as an independent controller and may retain such data for longer periods where required to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

b) Payment and Financial Data

We retain data related to your invoices, transaction records, billing data for 10 years in accordance with German tax and commercial law requirements for a purpose of accounting, tax compliance, and legal obligations. The payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Stripe may store and process personal data as an independent controller and may retain such data for longer periods where required to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
