Each Evening of Meditation is dedicated to a particular topic, where you will be guided into reflection, meditation, and receive Deeksha – a phenomenon that helps to speed up your growth and takes you from merely understanding a teaching into experiencing its essence. Here, you explore the wisdom of Oneness teachings while gently meeting yourself as you are and deepening your awareness.
Who is this for
This is for you if you would like to be in a nurturing and supporting environment to grow in your inner state continuously. You don’t have to bring any prior meditation experience, it will be easy for you to grasp.
How to join
If you sign up online in advance, you can join with tickets starting from €5 or choose one of our membership options. Walk-ins are also welcome for €10 paid on arrival.

Can I join without any meditation experience?
Yes, you can join regardless of your prior experience. We will guide you through the meditations and practices, and they are easy to follow for anyone.
Will we be meditating the entire session?
The sessions are structured in a way that there will be meditation and reflection practices, but also insight into wisdom teachings, questions and answers, sharing etc.
What is “Oneness”?
Oneness refers to the fundamental interconnectedness of all things. It’s the understanding or experience that, despite apparent separation and individuality, everything in the universe is part of a single, unified whole.
Do I need to believe in anything?
There is nothing you need to believe in. We invite you to explore and have your own experience. If you belong to a particular faith, you don’t have to change it. People often find that their experience of Oneness deepens their spiritual lives.
I have back pain, but I want to meditate. Is there anything I can do about it?
You may sit as comfortably as you like. We have cushions, chairs, and in case you need, you can lean your back against the wall or stand up whenever you like.
I like to practice a meditation at home, how do I get access?
When you join an Evening of Meditation you get access to our WhatsApp group where we have a link to all the materials for our most common practices.
Can I get more support if I have a question?
Yes, you can always speak or message Florian or Jazgul directly if you need some support or have a question.
